This position will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end New Business operations for Individual and Group Business, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role serves as a key liaison among Distribution, Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders, taking ownership of complex cases, process improvements, and operational performance to support business growth and service excellence.

• Manage end-to-end New Business operations for both Individual and Group Business, ensuring timely and accurate policy issuance.
• Review and process applications in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve operational matters and pending cases.
• Oversee Group Business onboarding, member enrollment, policy setup, endorsements, and renewal activities.
• Handle complex and escalated cases, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer and distributor experience.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Support process enhancement, automation, system development, and other business transformation initiatives.
• Provide operational guidance to team members, act as a subject matter expert, and support management in departmental projects and initiatives.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Insurance, or other related fields.
• Life insurance-related qualifications are an advantage.
• Certificates in insurance operations, compliance, AML/CFT, or process improvement (e.g., LOMA, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance operations, BAU support, or related administrative roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Attention to detail with a compliance and accuracy focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with core policy administration systems and sanction screening tools.
• Knowledge of operational reporting and data analysis.
