Develop, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP standards.

Lead internal, external and certification audits, including CAPA implementation.

Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods.

Manage laboratory operations, including physicochemical and microbiological testing.

Conduct regular product nosing and tasting to ensure liquor product quality.

Monitor factory hygiene, pest control, CIP validation and production line quality standards.

Manage supplier quality audits and raw material specifications.

Investigate customer complaints, product failures and quality issues through Root Cause Analysis.

Manage product recall and mock recall activities to ensure full product traceability.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or B.E (Chemical).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/QC Management role within Food & Beverage or Liquor FMCG Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.

Good understanding of alcohol blending processes, raw materials and product characteristics.

Knowledge of alcohol-related quality and safety regulations.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in English (4 Skills) and MS Office applications.

Ability to perform product nosing and tasting.

Strong leadership, team management and training skills.

Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Willing to work overtime or night shifts when required.
