Supervise shift-level laboratory testing, verify in-process and finished product compliance, and ensure real-time data accuracy for the Rice Bran Oil Extraction Plant and future Refinery operations.
Coordinate shift schedules, supervise laboratory chemists/technicians, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform routine validation checks on lab equipment, chemical reagents, and test setups.
Oversee sampling and rapid testing of incoming rice bran, crude oil, and utilities.
Execute real-time monitoring of extraction and refinery process parameters, flagging data anomalies immediately using SPC charts.
Conduct and verify analytical testing for critical parameters: FFA, Moisture, Color, PV, AV, and other tests.
Prepare preliminary draft Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure data integrity in laboratory logbooks/SAP.
Maintain day-to-day hygiene and standard requirements for GMP, HACCP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 within the lab.
Participate as an internal auditor and compile documentation required for Halal, Kosher, or external audits.
Identify and isolate out-of-specification (OOS) materials or products immediately to prevent accidental dispatch.
Assist the AM/Manager in tracing deviations and gathering data for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Ensure all shift personnel wear proper PPE, handle chemicals safely, and maintain an organized, hazard-free workplace.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
3–5 years of hands-on technical experience in QC laboratory testing, preferably within edible oil or food processing plants.
Skilled in wet chemistry, oil parameters analysis, and manual/automated laboratory instrument operation.
Understanding of SPC control charting, GMP guidelines, and ISO 22000 frameworks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for recording test records, compiling shifts reports, and operational SAP usage.
Team coordination, troubleshooting/analytical mind, clear technical communication, and highly organized attention to details.
