QA/QC Manager has to ensure checking the management of quality control activities for all phases of production, personnel and laboratory operations. Review the products inspection process to assure the quality on time and communicate with production members about the results.Arrange to perform inspections in critical plant areas, supervises special inspections for incoming materials, and release or dispose of products as needed.

• Perform regularly standardized inspections of each process to guarantee the quality of the products.
• Set the quality standard for raw materials, semi-finished and FG.
• Review and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests, if necessary, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Review and monitor measurement equipment operating by following standardized instructions.
• Review and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Review to monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Arrange to perform validations or transfer of analytical methods in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines.
• Review and approve testing procedures to ensure that all tests are conducted based on established items specifications, standard test method and protocols.
• Make corrective actions after finding the root cause when test results are out of standard and find some deviations on product or process.
• Review and make a calibration plan, validate and maintain laboratory equipment based on standardized specifications.
• Manage, control, and maintain all quality-related documentation in compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP systems to ensure that controlled documents are updated, distributed, archived, and properly maintained to support audits, operations, and continual improvement processes.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Logs, and Policies in collaboration with department heads.

• At Least 10 years’ experience in food and relative business.
• M.Sc., B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry), M.E., B.E. (Chemical) or other related degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented and good at troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
• Excellent organization and time-management
