Job Summary
A Recruitment Specialist for Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery supports hiring needs across our winery operations in Nyaungshwe, Shan State. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and help ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prepare accurate job postings.
● Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles across operations and support functions.
● Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications in a timely, professional manner.
● Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking data, and hiring reports with accuracy.
● Support onboarding activities and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
● Build relationships with local schools, job portals, and community networks to attract talent.
● Assist HR with employment documentation, offer letters, and other hiring-related processes.

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
● Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
● Good knowledge of recruitment processes, labor practices, and HR administration.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems or ATS is an advantage.
● Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive service mindset.
