Job Summary
Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily dining service, lead front-of-house operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Nyaungshwe, Shan State.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and team coordination.
● Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high hospitality standards and efficient teamwork.
● Monitor table service, food presentation, and cleanliness to deliver a consistent premium dining experience.
● Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly with professionalism and care.
● Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order flow and accurate service delivery.
● Support scheduling, shift planning, and staff performance tracking to meet business needs.
● Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all service areas.
● Assist with inventory checks, supplies management, and reporting to reduce waste and support costs.

● Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage supervision, preferably in a hospitality setting.
● Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a service team.
● Excellent customer service mindset with a professional, friendly, and guest-focused approach.
● Good understanding of restaurant operations, dining etiquette, and service quality standards.
● Ability to manage schedules, resolve issues quickly, and perform well under pressure.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic reporting, cash-handling, and inventory control knowledge is an advantage.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
