• Manage pricing, margin, promotions, credit and collection activities
• Coordinate stock availability and fast/slow-moving stock with relevant teams
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the Sales Team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales / Retail / Wholesale / Distribution
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Strong skills in Sales Planning, Negotiation, Dealer Management and Customer Development
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP / POS / CRM systems
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
