Job Summary
Lead sales and marketing activities for a growing clothing/garment/textile company in Yangon. Drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and support market expansion through strategic planning, teamwork, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
● Build strong client relationships, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
● Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve sales performance.
● Coordinate with production, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
● Support brand visibility through campaigns, promotions, client visits, and market activities.
● Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract follow-ups to close deals successfully.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in garment/textile.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Proven ability to meet targets and manage key accounts effectively.
● Good understanding of market analysis, customer service, and sales strategy.
● Ability to coordinate across departments and work well under pressure.
● Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
● Managerial experience and leadership skills are an advantage.
● Based in Yangon or able to work in Bahan Township.
