Job Summary
Myo Naing Nine Co.,Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead growth in trading, distribution, and import/export operations in Yangon. The role focuses on building market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, market share, and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand customer networks, and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with key accounts and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, product promotion, and customer support.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

• Any graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Marketing is preferred.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop strategies, manage targets, and work effectively under pressure.
• Good understanding of market analysis, customer service, and sales planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Experience at manager level is preferred.
