• Lead and provide technical expertise in fiber network design and planning for FTTx networks.
• Supervise end-to-end fiber design activities, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adherence to technical standards.
•Coordinate with internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
• Conduct site surveys and design optimization for efficient network rollout.
• Develop material forecasts and project plans to align with operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Recommend and evaluate new technologies, equipment, and design improvements for enhanced performance and reliability.
• Maintain technical excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering function.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Promote effective communication, teamwork, and customer satisfaction across all fiber-related projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber design and planning within a fixed or cable operator environment.
• Strong understanding of GPON, FTTx, XGSPON, and Active Ethernet network architectures.
• Proven experience with fiber design, survey, and inventory tools.
• Skilled in preparing HLD, LLD, permit drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Familiar with fiber network topology for both underground and aerial networks.
• Experience in quality control of engineering designs and design optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
