Senior Manager / Manager (Warehouse & Logistics)

Location: Glass Factory, Thanlyin; Department: Warehouse & Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Manager (Warehouse & Logistics) to lead our end‑to‑end warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and supply chain efficiency.

This role is essential to delivering OTIF, maintaining production, and achieving operational excellence across the full supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Optimization — Lead warehouse layout planning, storage capacity utilization, and 5S implementation.
• Inventory Management — Ensure stock traceability, cycle counts, reconciliation, and zero stock loss.
• Logistics & Distribution — Achieve OTIF delivery, manage dispatch schedules, and optimize transport routes.
• Reverse Logistics — Improve pallet returns, top frame collection, and customer return ratios.
• MRP & Stock Planning — Maintain optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted production.
• Supplier & LSP Management — Evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
• Process Standardization — Implement SOPs, ERP/WMS improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safety & Compliance — Enforce ISO 9001, safety standards, and internal audit requirements.
• Team Leadership — Lead and develop warehouse, logistics, and forklift teams.

• Education — Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience — 5–10 years in SCM/Warehouse/Logistics, with at least 3 years in management.
• Technical Skills — Strong ERP/WMS knowledge, advanced Excel, MRP planning, and inventory control.
• Certifications — ISO 9001 awareness; Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Soft Skills — Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Safety Knowledge — Advanced understanding of warehouse and forklift safety.
• Physical Requirements — Fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
