Provide medication counselling to help customers better understand their prescription medications.
Accurately measuring, preparing and distributing proper medications to the customers
Consulting customers on how and when to take prescribed medications
Ensuring a safe and clean working environment according to company and government standards
Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records and removing expired and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory
Keep tracking of inventory regularly
Manage, Supervise and Train pharmacy sale staffs
Keep up to date with new drugs, products and their usages
Keep up to date with FDA Rules & Regulations
Ring Pharmacy Sales accurately
Display stocks according to merchandising standards
Provide high level of customer service
Maintain company machines and equipment in workplace
Execute operations initiatives and promotions on time
Participate and in company trainings and events
Lead the team with integrity and work closely with senior management team to execute business action.
Complete and submit all store required administrative reports on time
Perform other related duties as assigned by Line Manager.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and any related diploma/certificate.
Minimum 4 years and above experienced in related field, retail background will be preferable.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, and pharmaceutical brands.
Good customer service skill and Leadership skill
Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
Honesty, Hardworking and good team worker.
