JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead overall Trade Marketing activities for LMBU & UMBU in line with business and marketing objectives.
• Develop and monitor Trade Marketing, merchandising, channel development, A&P, POSM, and promotion plans.
• Ensure effective product visibility, display, placement, pricing, POSM allocation, and merchandising standards across Brand, SKU, Channel, and Area.
• Conduct weekly/monthly KPI reviews, field audits, and market visits to monitor execution and drive improvement.
• Evaluate Trade Discount Schemes, promotion plans, and marketing activities, including budget alignment and approval documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams on route planning, merchandising materials, channel activities, and execution.
• Drive new listings, channel activations, portfolio development, and sales growth, particularly across TONT and MONT channels.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate consumer promotions and campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness and brand impact.
• Lead team capability development, training, performance monitoring, and activity follow-up for LMBU and UMBU Trade Marketing teams.
• Supervise Marketing Warehouse operations, ensuring proper stock management, bookkeeping, audit readiness, and FIFO compliance.
• Support company events, marketing initiatives, and other assignments as required by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Channel Development, or a related marketing function.
• Good understanding of A&P, POSM, trade promotions, merchandising, and channel activities.
• Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, conduct field audits, and work effectively across multiple channels and regions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare reports and presentations.
