Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the shop.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of shop staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the shop.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of products.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace regulations.
Handle cash, documents, and company assets responsibly (if assigned).
Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or shop operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
