* Manage end-to-end import process for rice mill equipment, machinery, spare parts, and factory-related materials to ensure timely arrival and

   minimum production downtime.

* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments for smooth import operations.

* Prepare and process Import License (IL) applications, import documentation, and approval follow-up with relevant authorities.

* Handle border trade import process including documentation, transportation arrangement, customs clearance, and delivery to factory.

* Review technical specifications, HS codes, and import requirements for machinery, equipment, and spare parts.

* Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to prioritize critical spare parts and urgent requirements.

* Monitor shipment schedules, ETA, clearance status, and ensure on-time delivery to factory.

* Support supplier communication for quotation, shipment arrangement, and commercial documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB).

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred) or related field.

* Minimum 2–5 years experience in import, procurement, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing / rice mill industry.

* Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment and spare parts.

* Experience dealing with suppliers, shipping agents, customs brokers, and government authorities.

* Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work under pressure and manage urgent factory requirements.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation control.

* Good communication skill in English and local language.
