TikTok Content Intern – KBZPay

Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Department: Marketing & Communications (MarCom)
Duration: 6 - 12 months (with potential for extension or full-time conversion)
Reporting to: Social Media Lead, KBZPay MarCom Team

Role Overview

KBZPay is looking for a creative and motivated TikTok Content Intern to support our fast-growing digital engagement initiatives. As part of the MarCom team, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing TikTok content that inspires, educates, and entertains our diverse user base—while aligning with KBZPay’s mission to drive digital and financial inclusion across Myanmar.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video content for TikTok.

• Support daily content planning, posting, and engagement.

• Participate in brainstorming viral trends and campaign ideas that fit KBZPay’s voice and values.

• Track performance metrics and recommend ways to improve engagement.

• Coordinate with the KBZPay product, brand, and customer teams to align messaging.

• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and community members where relevant.

Who You Are

• A digital native who lives and breathes TikTok, pop culture, and local social media trends.

• Good storytelling instincts and basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).

• Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera.

• A self-starter who is highly adaptable, collaborative, and curious.

• Passionate about creativity, innovation, and content that makes an impact.

• Fluent in Burmese and proficient in English.

• Familiarity with KBZPay and a keen interest in technology and financial inclusion.
