Job Description

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve sales growth. 
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 
• Lead and monitor market penetration, distribution expansion, and trade marketing activities across all regions. 
• Manage merchandising, product displays, POSM, and in-store promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility. 
• Plan and evaluate trade promotions, consumer activation programs, and sales campaigns. 
• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources. 
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. 
• Lead and supervise the Trade Marketing Team to achieve departmental targets and KPIs. 
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing plans.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG, including managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of sales operations, merchandising, and distribution channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel to different market areas when required.
