  • Develop, and implement training sessions for all levels of staff, including customer service, food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with new and existing employees to improve their skills in customer service, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
  • Educate employees on food safety, hygiene standards, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety and cleanliness audits and reinforce the importance of these standards.
  • Track progress and performance of trainees and employees provide feedback and conduct follow-up sessions as needed.
  • Report on the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate new techniques or tools to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess the training program’s success and make necessary adjustments.

  • Minimum 2-3years in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry; fast food experience preferred.

  • Graduated, Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or training is a plus.
  • Patient, adaptable, and highly organized; committed to upholding company standards and fostering a positive work environment.
