Respond to customer inquiries related to electric vehicles (EVs), charging, and services via phone, email, chat, or social media Provide accurate information on EV models, battery usage, charging stations, pricing, and after-sales services Handle customer complaints (e.g. vehicle issues, charging problems) and coordinate with technical teams for resolution Assist customers with test drive bookings, service appointments, and purchase inquiries Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports
Welcome customers and understand vehicle problems or service requests . Create service bookings and schedule maintenance appointments . Prepare job cards, service quotations and invoices . Supervise daily operations including showroom management, after-sales service, and customer support. Ensure operational efficiency across all departments. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies. Improve workflow and operational processes to increase productivity. Manage company budget, expenses, and financial planning. Review financial reports and ensure profitability and cost control. Work with finance department on revenue forecasts and financial strategies. Ensure excellent customer experience in sales and after-sales service. Maintain brand reputation and service standards . Address major customer complaints and resolve high-level issues. Lead, motivate, and manage management teams and employees. Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop leadership within department managers. Ensure the company complies with local laws, regulations, and automotive industry requirements. Coordinate with government authorities for vehicle registration, EV policies, and compliance matters.
