Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles and related components. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools. Conduct wiring installation, repair, and modification for EV systems and vehicle components. Inspect and repair vehicle air-conditioning systems. Identify faults and provide technical solutions to ensure vehicles operate properly. Support junior technicians by providing technical guidance and training when required. Ensure all repair and maintenance work follows company standards and safety procedures. Test vehicles after service to ensure issues are resolved. Maintain proper documentation of repair and maintenance activities. Coordinate with Service Manager and team members to complete service tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and recorded. Conduct weekly or monthly physical stock checks at the warehouse. Prepare and maintain orders, invoices, and sales contracts in a timely manner. Accurately update customer, order, and vehicle registration databases. Collect required documents from the sales team for initial vehicle registration. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle registration and related processes. Prepare vehicle arrival and sales reports for relevant government organizations. Visit ports, vehicle loading/unloading points when necessary, and provide support and coordination.
Create engaging and original content for social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Develop creative ideas, captions, scripts, and campaigns to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for marketing and promotional purposes. Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to align content with campaign objectives. Manage and maintain the company’s social media content calendar. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities to create relevant content. Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and visual identity. Use editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software to produce high-quality content. Analyze content performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement. Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns. Perform other related duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
