Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for vehicles (cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.)
  • Support and supervise sales executives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Monitor daily sales activities, showroom performance, and field sales operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and dealers
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales effectively
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, service, and logistics teams
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation
  • Support promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and test-drive events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in automobile sales or a related sales role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a sales team
  • Experience in showroom sales, dealer management, or fleet/corporate sales is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
