  • Manage and supervise daily service center/workshop operations
  • Ensure efficient vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair processes
  • Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Monitor service quality, productivity, and turnaround time
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and company policies
  • Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and sales departments
  • Monitor service revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Prepare service reports, KPIs, and performance analysis
  • Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and facility standards
  • Implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2–3 years in a

        managerial role

  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
  • Experience in managing workshops, service centers, or authorized dealerships
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage teams, schedules, and service workflows effectively
  • Good knowledge of warranty procedures and after-sales service standards
