  • Assist the Service Manager in managing daily workshop and service center operations
  • Support service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle servicing
  • Monitor job cards, service schedules, productivity, and turnaround time
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and service procedures
  • Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and sales teams for smooth operations
  • Support training and performance monitoring of service staff
  • Assist in preparing service reports, KPIs, and performance analysis
  • Monitor workshop cleanliness, tools, equipment, and safety standards
  • Support service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in automobile service operations or workshop management
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and diagnostics
  • Experience working with service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams
  • Good leadership, communication, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service tasks
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and after-sales service standards is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems
