Position Summary The Activities Executive is tasked with overseeing the procurement, cost management, inventory tracking, and distribution of materials needed for Kids&Us activities and operational functions. This position ensures that purchase requests are processed accurately and efficiently, coordinates with vendors, and upholds financial and procedural compliance to support seamless activity execution across centers. Key Responsibilities 1. Activity Planning and Execution (50%) Collaborate in the development of monthly activity and decoration themes for schools. Conduct vendor sourcing, cost assessments, and purchase materials aligned with the monthly activity plan. Coordinate with vendors on order management, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Allocate and distribute activity materials to centers on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely availability. Accurately allocate costs for all materials procured. 2. Kids&Us Product Inventory Management (20%) Store and organize materials in compliance with company policies. Distribute materials to students and teachers according to SOPs, including new school year preparations. Oversee procurement for centers by replacing outdated items and acquiring materials for new locations. Monitor orders and communication from Spain to ensure accurate and timely inventory management. Prepare and submit monthly export and usage reports for the Finance Team. 3. Reporting and Documentation (20%) Prepare and submit purchase requests, obtain necessary approvals, and issue purchase orders following internal procedures. Submit all purchase receipts and ensure monthly payments are processed on time. Compile and submit invoices, delivery receipts, and all relevant payment documentation to Accounts Payable. 4. Event and Ad Hoc Support (10%) Assist in event preparations, such as the Kickoff parties and the Graduation ceremonies, including PR processing, vendor coordination, and handling payments and invoices. Support additional ad hoc tasks or projects related to activity execution as directed by the Activities Manager.

Key Areas of Responsibility for ICT trainer Academic management Do the online Logiscool training and attend any extra training required by the Academic Manager (AM). Prepare and plan the annual calendar, including classes, teachers, extra activities, terms, exams periods, and reports periods. Ensure the method is applied by conducting Internal and scheduling external audits. Schedule and carry out the annual parentteacher meetings or any other meetings required by the families or the School Manager (SM). Review, correct the term reports following the Logiscool standards and ensure they are sent to the families. Carry out and supervise the students’ exams at the end of stories. Prepare and carry out other Logiscool services (FW, S&F, etc.) Monthly contact each parent to update them about their kid’s learning, motivation, and behavior progress. Manage the monthly extra activity budget, and supervise purchasing of these materials following the procedures required by finance. Inform the AM about the purchasing of Logiscool core materials if needed. Regularly check and maintain the core Logiscool materials and the teachers’ tools. Give the students’ materials to the corresponding teacher when the delivery is needed. Complete the enrollment process by sending the credentials of the apps and the material email. Ensure your students are happy with their classes and learning environment, and ensure parents are satisfied with their kids’ learning progress by soliciting and acting on feedback. Ensure the collaboration and full support from the service team to the commercial function to drive customer retention and student referrals. Lead and develop CX initiatives of the organization. 4. People engagement and development Manage and evaluate the performance of the services team in line with the organization’s HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance to the organization’s training programs and policies. Drive the engagement level of the staff and stimulate high morale across the schools.
