Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production and packaging operations for both dry mix and liquid products. The role ensures that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and resources (raw materials,machinery, and labor) are effectively utilized. The Supervisor will monitor raw material availability, coordinate with the warehouse team for labor allocation and material flow, and ensure proper use of Odoo for production planning, scheduling, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight (Dry Mix & Liquid) Supervise daily production and packaging operations for both dry mix and liquid products. Ensure production schedules are achieved on time. Coordinate machine operations and utilization. Manage production labors and assign tasks accordingly. Quality and Standards Compliance Ensure all production follows quality standards and SOPs. Monitor packaging and product integrity to prevent errors and defects. Odoo Production Management Create, schedule, and monitor production orders in Odoo. Record production output, machine utilization, and labor allocation. Equipment Repair and Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and checklists for production equipment (mixers, packaging machines, silos, stitching, and filling units). Coordinate with maintenance staff or external service providers for timely repairs and spare parts replacement.
Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals market. Generate and qualify leads by engaging with contractors, consultants and project owners. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in construction projects. Technical Support & Solutions Provide technical consultation on product selection and application methods. Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer sites. Project Management & Coordination Track and follow up on project leads and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, production and technical support. Prepare detailed project reports and sales forecasts. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong communication with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance Check site activities regularly to ensure work quality and compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and regulations. Visit project sites to monitor progress and identify potential issues Reporting & Documentation Site Visit Report / Progress Reports / Finished / Completion Reports Regularly review project documentation for adherence to established procedures. Create project history records, manage warranty lists, and maintain issue logs and lessons-learned registers for continuous improvement

Regularly following up and updating dealers on our products to increase sales. Dealer Management & B2B Sales Handle existing dealer relationships and identify new leads/business opportunities Present and promote products to potential Dealers in line with company strategy. Sales Performance Reporting Submit monthly sales performance reports to management without exceptions Track individual targets, revenue growth and key sales metrics. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & System Usage Accurately log all sales activities in Odoo (calls, meetings, client updates, deals) Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for internal reporting and forecasting.
