Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Supervision Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound logistics. Supervise the Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and laborers. Inventory Management & System Oversight Ensure real-time and accurate data entry of stock transactions in Odoo. Plan and implement periodic stock counts and reconcile variances. Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse operations. Labor & Resource Management Assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance. Resolve team conflicts and motivate staff to maintain productivity and discipline. Prevent loss, damage, or theft through proper supervision and security practices. Warehouse Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Optimize shelf and space utilization for efficiency. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular checks to prevent incidents.

Maintain contact database of truck rental providers and negotiate when external logistics are needed. Ensure fleet availability and timely movement of goods. System Use and Recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of delivery logs in Odoo. Support training of delivery staff on digital job assignment tools. The role ensures accurate project cost control, efficient material tracking, and proper documentation management to support the sales and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Budgeting Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for waterproofing, repair, and strengthening projects based on drawings, specifications, and material requirements. Develop bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents for contract negotiations. Measurement & Valuation Measure quantities of materials and labor required for the project based on site assessments and drawings. Ensure accurate valuation of work done for payment certifications and cost tracking. Documentation Prepare a consumption table based on accurate calculations. Update the materials tracker regularly to reflect current stock and usage. Organize and maintain all quotation files in their relevant folders for easy access and retrieval. Coordinate effectively and provide accurate information to the relevant team. Email required project documents to the Project Monitoring Team. Re-update the new price list in the relevant price files.
