Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals market.
Generate and qualify leads by engaging with contractors, consultants and project owners.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in construction projects.
Technical Support & Solutions
Provide technical consultation on product selection and application methods.
Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer sites.
Project Management & Coordination
Track and follow up on project leads and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, production and technical support.
Prepare detailed project reports and sales forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong communication with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service effectively.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
At least (2) years of sales or technical experience in construction chemicals or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD and technical documentation.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
