Self-generate sales leads through direct outreach, referrals, consultants, and networking. Convert self-generated and assigned leads into signed contracts. Coordinate with Marketing on campaign focus and lead feedback (no staff management). Maintain sales pipeline, pricing discipline, and customer relationships Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Finance departments. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and processes.
Lead and manage overall site operations and subcontractors Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards Supervise and control subcontractor performance and productivity Conduct regular site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues Monitor project budget and control project costs Review and approve subcontractor claims and work progress Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal departments Prepare project reports and update management regularly Manage material delivery schedules and site resources Handle project handover and defect liability period
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings Develop drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 (or similar tools) Coordinate with consultants (Structural, M&E, QS) to ensure design integration and compliance. Assist with site coordination and design revisions as required Ensure designs comply with project requirements and company standards
Manage end-to-end HR operations for multi-company organization Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee relations Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, JD & KPI systems Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and ISO 9001:2015 requirements Oversee training, staff development, and disciplinary processes Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and staff files Coordinate payroll and support ERP (Odoo HR) implementation (or) lead HR Software implementation Act as HR advisor to Management and Department Heads
