Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings

  • Develop drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 (or similar tools)

  • Coordinate with consultants (Structural, M&E, QS) to ensure design integration and compliance.

  • Assist with site coordination and design revisions as required

  • Ensure designs comply with project requirements and company standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience 

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5/Enscape or similar visualization tools.

  • Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible attitude

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Experience in handling Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-Use projects.
