Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for multi-company organization
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, JD & KPI systems
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Oversee training, staff development, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and staff files
  • Coordinate payroll and support ERP (Odoo HR) implementation (or) lead HR Software implementation
  • Act as HR advisor to Management and Department Heads

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, including 2 years in senior/lead role
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law
  • Experience with KPI systems, ISO documentation, and structured HR processes
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • ERP (Odoo)/ HR software experience
