Lead and manage overall site operations and subcontractors
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Supervise and control subcontractor performance and productivity
Conduct regular site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues
Monitor project budget and control project costs
Review and approve subcontractor claims and work progress
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Prepare project reports and update management regularly
Manage material delivery schedules and site resources
Handle project handover and defect liability period

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of construction experience
At least 3–5 years in Project Manager role
Strong experience in managing subcontractors
Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
