Onboarding process and preparing employment contracts for new staff. Assist Operation Director to create Employment Contract, HR Policy, Code of ethics, and Dress Code policy under the behavior and practice of BIM Group of Companies. Prepare job descriptions and ensure that are up to date and compliant with all staff. Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to new employees. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Maintain company organization charts and employee directory Maintain employment records, ensuring that they are monitored and maintained according to internal schedules and policies and that all required documents are in order. Check/note any update in records as needed on both master file records and per individual requests. Make sure to update the employment master sheet, and record the contact information of staff, leave balance, bank information, and any other HR records. Follow-up on Human Resource Development support according to contract in co-operation and coordination with Directors, and BOD. Provide advice and assistance to staff, supervise Human Resource and work-related issues. Collect employees’ timesheets and calculate the overtime or other allowances Perform compensation calculations including Salary, OT, and any other allowances, benefits, and deductions Manage and Process payroll, pay slips, and personal income tax for employees every month Coordinate with Finance Director and Management team for the Salary Payment to employees in terms of Cash, Cheque, and Bank to Bank transfer. Maintain HR Systems and process Conduct performance and salary review Deal with respective tax offices for Personal Income Tax (PIT), SSB, and Employment Contract. Participate in the yearly performance appraisal process. Keep and update staff leave records systematically, and share the individuals’ leave records as necessary. Work with managers and directors to leave allowance and ensure follow-up on annual leave planning. Organize and provide Exit Clearance Checklist Form to the resigning staff and ensure proper documents for the separation process (Resignation letter, ID card, etc.) are filled and kept in the respective files.
