Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business processes, analyzing requirements, and delivering effective ERP solutions to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and conduct thorough analysis to recommend tailored solutions using Business Central.

· Configure and customize to align with business needs, ensuring optimal daily operation performance and functionality.

· Assist in the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, including data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.

· Conduct thorough testing of ERP configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.

· Provide comprehensive training sessions to end-users, enabling them to maximize the benefits of the ERP system and promoting user adoption.

· Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.

· Stay updated on industry trends, product releases, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of ERP systems.
 

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a focus on Business Central/NAV

· In-depth knowledge of business processes related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or other relevant areas.

· Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

· Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies are a plus.

· Finance/Accounting knowledge is advantageous.

· Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

· Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
