Manage and control company fixed assets (recording, tagging, tracking, disposal).
Maintain updated fixed asset register and documentation.
Coordinate procurement, issuance, and handover of IT equipment (laptop, desktop, printer, etc.).
Monitor asset movement, stock balance, and conduct periodic physical checks.
Coordinate with IT team for asset setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare monthly asset and inventory reports.
Ensure proper documentation for asset transfer, replacement, and disposal.
Support general administrative functions when required.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Admin / Fixed Asset Management.
Experience handling IT equipment and inventory control.
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
