Job Purpose:

To oversee the overall performance, presentation, and user experience of the City Mall Online website by ensuring that products, campaigns, and promotions are effectively managed. This role requires both analytical and creative thinking — managing day-to-day site operations, optimizing traffic and conversion rates, and improving the user journey through data-driven and design-based insights.

Job Description (JD):

  • Manage daily website content updates including product listings, pricing, banners, and promotional assets.

  • Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance across categories to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the UI/UX and digital marketing teams to ensure that site design, navigation, and layout deliver a seamless user experience.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Category, Marketing, IT) to align online campaigns, launches, and promotions.

  • Execute e-merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and enhance customer engagement.

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, internal dashboards) to report on user behavior, click-through rates, and customer journeys.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of content, visuals, and product data across the website.

  • Support troubleshooting for any display or operational issues related to the e-commerce platform.

  • Contribute creative ideas and participate in UX/UI improvement discussions to enhance site performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or website management.

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and online customer behavior.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CMS (Content Management Systems), and analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
