Monitor and ensure smooth daily operation of mechanical machines and equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs independently
Prepare maintenance plans and maintenance schedules
Identify spare parts requirements and follow up on procurement
Supervise and guide junior technicians during maintenance work
Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, maintenance checklists, and reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
Coordinate with external service providers and contractors when required
Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machines and equipment
Follow up and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance
Knowledge of basic electrical systems
Experience with automation or conveyor systems
Preventive maintenance planning experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair
Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
Good communication and supervisory skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent breakdowns
Computer literacy for reporting and maintenance records
