Electrical and High voltage systems contain massive energy that represents significant risk to personnel and plant. Engender a culture that does not take risks such as exposure to live conductors, slow closing of any circuit breakers, non-testing before touching equipment etc, and this needs to apply in a 24-hour rotating shift basis. Problem solving/Trouble shooting Provide a quick response to operational process lines problems to achieve optimum performance. Participate in Apollo 5 Why problem-solving exercises to quickly and efficiently get to true root cause thereby minimizing plant downtime and maximizing product quality.
