Purpose of the Role To lead the finance function of the company. The Finance Manager ensures that all financial processes—accounting and financial reporting, management accounting, tax, and treasury—are fully compliant with laws and standards, supports smooth internal operations with integrity, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and contributes to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, tax and treasury. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS), tax regulations, and internal company policies. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and other management reports and financial data. Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making. Identify operational or financial process issues, propose and implement practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function. Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Partner with management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members to ensure strong performance and professional growth. Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador of management, aligning finance activities with the company’s overall strategy and goals. Key Competencies/ Skill Requirements Inter-personal skills to communicate smoothly with other departments. Time management to accommodate to corporate calendar or assigned deadlines. Proper reporting and presentations to managements and other departments. Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax laws, regulatory framework, financial accounting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Integrity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities -Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. -Engage in assessing top management succession needs, risks, and plan mitigations. -Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, training, Payroll, Reward, and Recognition. -Oversee and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current market practices in payroll and other employee benefits. -Designing budgets, applying company policies, and as well as maintaining and improving HR systems. -Advise and strategies on Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and the development of effective employment policies across the company. -Provide leadership, support, and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practices, and ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
Lead a shift team to support development and execution of Operational Excellence in Manufacturing Ensure labour resources are used efficiently to achieve production targets and meet customer needs whilst working safely Help to build a culture of excellence in Safety, Quality, Operations, Timeline and Teamwork Be a part of the shift Management Team that will lead the shift To manage the shift and all direct staff To ensure the smooth running of the production process.
To execute Mechanical Maintenance for the Thilawa plant maximizing the plant Uptime. To assist with the coaching and training of an outstanding local team. Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution. To help build a culture of excellence in Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Teamwork. Conducts work using a precision-based approach documenting new tasks using pictures and written instruction in English and Myanmar languages Conduct the work execution process for all Mechanical equipment including gas, water, sewerage, water treatment and compressed air systems, hydraulics, and Condition monitoring procedures. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Ensure work is efficiently completed daily. Ensure all work is documented in a simple clear manner and that feedback on the work performed is captured. Assist Preparing spares purchased from the store into packages for planned maintenance tasks and shutdown work. Participate in Minor (2-3 monthly) Shutdowns and Major Shutdowns (annual). Shutdowns must have the right work completed in the designated time to minimize impact on customer deliveries. Provide afterhours support to Shift Engineers to minimize down time for CPL, MCL, Water Treatment and plant utilities. Reasonable level of overtime as required. Utilize high levels of planned documented work to maximize both the safety and efficiency of the work performed. Use a precision-based approach to the work conducted to avoid introducing future defects. Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation, tools, and equipment.
Performing a variety of technical duties to support and ensure proper operation of the wastewater treatment functions, including wastewater collection, treatment; and performs another duty relating to the operation, maintenance, and repair of other utilities systems as necessary. Perform operating and maintaining of Domestic/Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant, Air compressor, Cooling Tower, and other Utilities Unit in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Standard. Carry out plant performance monitoring, inspect water quality checking, data recording on a regular basis according to Local Zone water quality standard. Assist in the performance of regular maintenance schedule and repair on all plant equipment and machinery. Perform all plant operation independently and to lead operation team and daily report to supervisor. To help build a culture of excellence in Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Teamwork. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Maintaining sales and billing system, and coordinating with sales team Keeping transactions for cash receipt when cash is received from the customers Generating invoices and account statements Performing account reconciliations for Sales, AR and down payments Producing monthly Sales and AR reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Frequently communicating with the government offices such as OSSC and SEZ Assisting in general financial matters and analysis Any other tasks relating accounting and treasury.
