Purpose/ Mission

  • Always deal with customers in a professional manner and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monthly Tendering process to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Logistic experience more prefer
  • Having experience to communicate with government official
  • Liaise between internal departments and suppliers to provide excellent service.
  • To work safely at all times and to actively participate in JMCS Safety programs. 
  • Be the first point of contact for customers ensuring the JMCS Service Charter is achieved at all times.
  • Answer calls with a professional phone manner, use JMCS greeting and within 3 rings.
  • Respond promptly to emailed enquiries, within 24 hours.
  • Always deal with customers in a professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Use problem-solving skills and think outside the box for solutions to customer issues.
  • Seek positive and negative feedback on JMCS service performance.
  • Arrange truck booking and follow up and manage with third party logistic
  • Prepare delivery order and detail list then apply Delivery In / Out Approval in TSMC Portal
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain dept to ensure timely deliveries and Finance dept for account payments.
  • Support direct Manager with preparation and execution of events and other JMCS activities.
  • Stay up to date with new products and market dynamic pricing, new products, suppliers.
  • -Complete arising tasks as directed by Sales VP & Manager
  • -Ensure the accuracy of the data and sales order related to Second/Down grade.
  • Monthly Tendering process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Liaise between internal departments and tender suppliers to provide excellent service.

Job Requirements

Requirements/ Skills/ Experience

  • Minimum 2 (two) years proven experience in customer service role or equivalent
  • Logistic experience more prefer
  • Having experience to communicate with government official
  • Proficiency in Burmese and English
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fast learner, creative and with a passion for sales
  • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations to groups of people
  • Moderate skills of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel / MS Power Point
  • Bachelor’s degree and related Certificate or Diploma
  • Business related Degree highly regarded
  • Trained in customer techniques
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, preparing reports
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach and the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Good in communication skill and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and related Certificate or Diploma
  • Business related Degree highly regarded
  • Trained in customer techniques
