Purpose/ Mission

  • To ensure proper accounting with efficiency and accuracy.
  • To be able to support other responsibilities of accounting and treasury within finance team
  • To communicate with external auditor.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintaining sales and billing system, and coordinating with sales team
  • Keeping transactions for cash receipt when cash is received from the customers
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations for Sales, AR and down payments
  • Producing monthly Sales and AR reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Frequently communicating with the government offices such as OSSC and SEZ
  • Assisting in general financial matters and analysis
  • Any other tasks relating accounting and treasury.

Job Requirements

Requirements/ Skills/ Experience

 

  • Passion to learn new things
  • Inter-personal skills to work with colleagues/other depts
  • High level integrity as a finance person
  • Close attention to details and accuracy
  • Time management to meet deadlines
  • LCCI-3 or any other accounting certificates
  • At least one year experience as accountant
  • Business level English
  • Fair command in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
