Carry out equipment operation as per existing SOPs at any assigned location in CPL i.e., Entry Section, Pre-treatment Section, Coater Section, QC Section, and Exit Section. Evaluate existing operation procedures, identify areas for improvement and update SOPs for continuous quality and process improvement. Ensure production equipment, and operation process parameters meet requirement and comply with safety. Ensure color coated steel coils produced by CPL meet quality standards and specifications. Analyze quality defects, investigate root causes and carry out corrective actions. Examine process failures and equipment breakdowns, implement preventive actions for improvement. Perform inspection to ensure incoming coils and paints are met required quality standards and specifications. Update daily operation process parameters, and production data records. Liaise with other department team members, i.e., Mechanical, Electrical and Automation for troubleshooting, maintenance, and modification of equipment. Carry out 5s activities in CPL to improve safety, productivity, and waste reduction. Lead staffs and assistant staffs in production work floor. Perform any other assigned tasks as instructed by CPL Shift Supervisor, Manager and V.P Manufacturing.

He or she shall ensure that office support and services are provided effectively and efficiently. Manage and optimize the cost and delivery services in the offices.
