To work safely at all times and to actively participate in JMCS Safety programs. Be the first point of contact for customers ensuring the JMCS Service Charter is achieved at all times. Answer calls with a professional phone manner, use JMCS greeting and within 3 rings. Respond promptly to emailed enquiries, within 24 hours. Always deal with customers in a professional manner and provide exceptional customer service. Use problem-solving skills and think outside the box for solutions to customer issues. Seek positive and negative feedback on JMCS service performance. Process customer orders received via email or phone using the JMCS ERP system. Liaise with the Supply Chain dept to ensure timely deliveries and Finance dept for account payments. Complete arising tasks as directed by Sales VP & Manager Monthly Tendering process to ensure efficiency and compliance. Liaise between internal departments and tender suppliers to provide excellent service.
Safety Be a Safety Idol, have excellent work practices and attitude, and deploy good practices in a friendly manner. Assist Head of HR and HSE Manager to monitor occupational health and safety risks and implement a proactive strategy to eliminate those risks. Advice and improve Health and Safety and Emergency Respond plan. Follow rules and procedures of Company General Provide regular health care for workers. Perform as a First aid team leader in case of emergency. Plan and arrange to transport injured personnel to the hospital. Maintain first-aid box/kit and medications in safe means of storage. Evaluate workers’ health and maintain records. Inspect workplace, process, equipment, and provide occupation health report to Head of HR and Management Team. Educates workers on preventive measures against occupational hazards. Provide counseling and support for workers when they request professional advice Update Health and Safety Policy to ensure company is up to date with local legislations. Assist and update the employees’ Insurance matters. Reporting and Communication This position will report to the HR Manager and strong link to associate HSE Manager. In case of critical health issue has been discovered, he/she may report directly to the Factory Manager, where necessary. Follow the emergency protocol and respond to any emergencies that develop.
Purpose of the Role To lead the finance function of the company. The Finance Manager ensures that all financial processes—accounting and financial reporting, management accounting, tax, and treasury—are fully compliant with laws and standards, supports smooth internal operations with integrity, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and contributes to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, tax and treasury. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS), tax regulations, and internal company policies. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and other management reports and financial data. Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making. Identify operational or financial process issues, propose and implement practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function. Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Partner with management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members to ensure strong performance and professional growth. Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador of management, aligning finance activities with the company’s overall strategy and goals. Key Competencies/ Skill Requirements Inter-personal skills to communicate smoothly with other departments. Time management to accommodate to corporate calendar or assigned deadlines. Proper reporting and presentations to managements and other departments. Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax laws, regulatory framework, financial accounting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Integrity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities -Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. -Engage in assessing top management succession needs, risks, and plan mitigations. -Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, training, Payroll, Reward, and Recognition. -Oversee and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current market practices in payroll and other employee benefits. -Designing budgets, applying company policies, and as well as maintaining and improving HR systems. -Advise and strategies on Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and the development of effective employment policies across the company. -Provide leadership, support, and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practices, and ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
