Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization. Need to know the functions and culture of MBF Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports. Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit. Able to initiate and manage teams to hit the targets of both of collection and sales from Management. Able to know core system and the process of operation efficiently. Support training in line with schedules. Need to know the nature of staffs, persuade them and co-operate to fulfill what the Management needs. Prepare targets for each of staffs, weekly and monthly targets to implement the purpose of Management. Creating and presenting the reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis through GM to Management. Responsibility to handle the balance between Management and staffs. Make plans and consider to achieve the coming goals of Management. Able to negotiate with 90 days’ overdue customers and make repayment plans for them. Listening to staffs’ difficulties and conservations to motivate them. Able to work under pressure, independently and decision making. Able to communicate with the staffs, middle management and Management flexibility.
To assist Manager for audit process incl. reviewing and observing operations and activities, identifying areas of risk in internal controls and procedures to get effective finding in Audit Report. To Assist Manager for final summary audit report regarding fieldwork results for more accuracy of Audit findings in time without errors To assist & share information to Manager & team members through team work building for smooth auditing process. To practice Internal Audit based on the manuals & procedures and to attend departmental trainings without fail to have proficient audit skill. Verify financial statements, expense reports, and inventory records for accuracy. Management adhere to company policies and safety guidelines. Maintain comprehensive audit working papers and supporting documents. Communicate audit results to the Audit Manager and relevant stakeholders. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations. Support the Corporate Audit Manager in policy development and process improvements. Work closely with finance, procurement, operations, and HR teams to ensure audit processes are aligned. Assist in internal training sessions to improve compliance awareness across business units and factories.

Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio. Create market awareness for the company’s product. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
