Job Description

Supervise daily vehicle loan operations, including loan applications, documentation, and disbursement processes.
Review and verify loan applications, customer documents, and vehicle-related collateral.
Ensure loan processing complies with credit policy, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare forecast, sales budgets, and reports.
Make weekly meeting with marketing team and report to management level.
Support achievement of vehicle loan sales targets and portfolio growth.
Coordinate with sales officers, dealers, and agents to generate loan leads.
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve results.
Supervise and guide vehicle loan officers and credit staff.
Provide on-the-job coaching and training to improve staff performance.
Monitor staff productivity and adherence to procedures.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle loan reports.
Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
Escalate high-risk cases, issues, or exceptions to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of degree or diploma.
At least (5) years experience in Bank, Microfinance & Finance Company
Good in Computer Microsoft World , Excel & Power Point
At Least (2) years experience with Loan products (leasing, or vehicle loan sector preferred.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation with Dealer & Car Showroom.
Willingness to travel for vehicle inspections and customer visits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Precision in maintaining accurate records and metadata.
Fluence in technical skill.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
