Manage stock levels for Pharmacies, Labs, and Operating Rooms to ensure we never run out of critical supplies while reducing waste. Oversee warehousing and the safe delivery of sensitive supplies (like vaccines and blood) between facilities. Partner with doctors and nurses to standardize medical equipment and choose the best products for patient care. Ensure all operations meet strict healthcare regulations (FDA, DEA) and prepare backup plans for supply shortages. Use EMR software and data analytics to track performance and improve supply chain efficiency.
