Lead and manage the daily HR operations Act as a Business Partner to the Top Management team providing advice regarding HR issues. Design and manage HR policies and practices to ensure that HR initiatives are competitive, innovative and cost effective to the Hospital. Develop and maintain an effective performance management system that will monitor and increase employee’s productivity through annual or biannual review. Assist the Management in planning and implementing appropriate development program for key individuals identified for succession plan.
