Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead central purchasing and negotiate high-value contracts to save costs across all hospitals.
  • Develop and implement healthcare supply chain strategies aligned with hospital operational and clinical needs.
  • Optimize cost, quality, and service levels while minimizing supply disruption risks.
  • Manage stock levels for Pharmacies, Labs, and Operating Rooms to ensure we never run out of critical supplies while reducing waste.
  • Oversee warehousing and the safe delivery of sensitive supplies (like vaccines and blood) between facilities.
  • Partner with doctors and nurses to standardize medical equipment and choose the best products for patient care.
  • Ensure all operations meet strict healthcare regulations (FDA, DEA) and prepare backup plans for supply shortages.
  • Use EMR software and data analytics to track performance and improve supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field. (Master’s degree holders in related field are encouraged to apply).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of supply chain/procurement experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical supply chain is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, inventory control, and healthcare compliance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, inventory software, and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment
