Business Analysis & Documentation Support

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Support preparation of BRD, FRD, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and user stories
• Maintain requirement documents and change logs

HMS Setup & Data Preparation

• Prepare and validate master data (departments, doctors, services, pricing, etc.)
• Support basic system configuration and data setup
• Assist in validating setup with hospital users

Testing & UAT Support

• Coordinate UAT activities under Senior BA guidance
• Log, track, and follow up on defects and clarifications
• Support UAT documentation and sign-off preparation

Training & Go-Live Support

• Prepare user manuals, training decks, and quick reference guides
• Support end-user training sessions
• Assist during go-live and hypercare periods

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with hospital users for requirement clarifications
• Communicate issues and updates to Senior BA and project team
• Provide onsite support during working hours

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Support, or HMS/Healthcare IT-related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic process diagramming tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Lucid chart.
• Prefer experience in using Jira, Excel, or similar tools for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
• Certifications such as ECBA/CCBA (IIBA), PMI-PBA (entry-level exposure), Agile/Scrum fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of hospital workflows (OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, etc.)
• Exposure to hospital environments or healthcare systems is a plus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive follow-up capability.
• Willingness to learn and work onsite at hospital locations
