Job Summary: The IT Executive will manage system maintenance, support, bridging IT and business operations. This role involves gathering requirements, thorough testing, and ensuring systems meet accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Support: • Coordinate with development partners. • Document requirements, emphasizing accounting and business processes. • Assist in managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Conduct system testing and validation. • Track project progress and resolve issues. Accounting Treatment & Business Process: • Collaborate with finance teams to document accounting-related requirements. • Ensure system developments align with accounting principles. • Support testing to confirm accurate accounting implementation. Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain system documentation and testing protocols. • Prepare reports on project status and system performance.
Conduct recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain up-to-date employee records. Oversee procurements, payment processes, and manage office-related contracts (e.g., rentals, transportation). Coordinate transportation arrangements and handle asset management. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in line with company standards and legal requirements. Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters, including policies and benefits. Coordinate uniform distribution, business cards, and employee ID card arrangements. Provide timely support to the HR Manager on HR management tasks.
