Key Responsibilities:

  •  Managing and ensuring timely repayments of customers.
  • Manage customers’ repayments and overdue accounts.
  • Conduct field visits to customer places if necessary.
  • Undertake the assigned tasks by the supervisor and report.
  • Occasional travel for business purposes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience as a Field collection officer preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and email. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiations.
  • Patience and resilience.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to understand the procedures, perform mathematical calculations and learn the process of legal action.
