Key Responsibilities:

  • Entry data into the related files on a project-by-project basis.
  • Prepare and enter daily bank statements into the System.
  • Prepare transfer vouchers and prepare cheques.
  • Prepare the daily received summary, payment summary, and daily balance control.
  • Support the team in preparing weekly or monthly cash flow reports.
  • Perform any ad-hoc treasury tasks assigned by the Treasury Manager.
  • Managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Fulfill the urgent matter as per the job requirements.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Familiarity with banking operations.
  • Basic understanding of bank accounts, transfers, deposits, and daily cash operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other financial software.
  • Basic email writing and documentation ability.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Coordination and Collaboration with internal departments.
