Key Responsibilities

  • Promote loan products and support customer acquisition through on-ground and field marketing activities.
  • Collect, verify, and submit customer information and required loan documents accurately and on time.
  • Conduct customer background checks and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Follow up on loan repayments and perform collection activities in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and local communities to support business growth.
  • Provide customer education on loan terms, repayment schedules, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly field reports and portfolio updates in accordance with company requirements.
  • Support branch operations and perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Familiarity with local conditions and ability to navigate efficiently
  • Excellent observation skills
  • Proficiency in using telephone applications and technology tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in marketing and sales is preferable
  • Age between 20-35, Male only who live in Yangon
