Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans to achieve Orjena brand targets. Supervise and monitor Beauty Advisors’ attendance, discipline, and performance. Prepare and implement outlet visit plans; check sales, stock levels, product display, and promotion execution. Provide regular training to Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service. Execute promotions, campaigns, and new product launches effectively in all assigned outlets. Monitor market conditions and report competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Analyze sales performance, slowmoving items, and stock issues; submit recommendations to the Sales Manager. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports on time. Maintain strong relationships with distributors, store incharges, and counter managers.

Execute sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs aligned with company objectives. Segment markets by school type (private, international, learning centers) and retail/wholesale, modern trade channels. 2. Business Development & Key Accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with private &, international schools, learning centers, bookstores, distributors, and retail/wholesale partners. Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with key decision-makers. Secure long-term agreements, MOUs, and bulk purchase contracts. 3. Sales Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales teams in Yangon and Mandalay. Assign targets by product category (courseware, books, educational aids). Coach team members on consultative selling, product knowledge, and school engagement. 4.Channel & Distribution Management Manage and expand distribution networks for children’s books and educational aids. Coordinate with warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliverability. Monitor stock movement, sell-through rates, and replenishment planning. 5. Sales Operations & Reporting Track sales pipelines, orders, collections, and customer feedback. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports. Participate with sale team to achieve monthly sale target Coordinate with Accounts & Admin teams on pricing, invoicing, credit terms, and collections, vehicle arrangement. 6. Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, school events, book fairs, workshops, and exhibitions. Support promotional planning for new titles, courseware updates, and seasonal programs. Collaborate with Academic / Product teams to ensure accurate implementation and post-sales support. 7. Market Intelligence & Compliance Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and curriculum demand. Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and ethical sales practices.
