Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure monthly payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner. (to collect data, data inputs, detail calculation, overtime, deduction, and adjustment etc)
  • Support salary reviews, promotions, and annual increment exercises.
  • Designing and administering compensation and benefits packages. 
  • Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 
  • Conduct reference and background checks prepare job offer letters and employment contract
  • Handle employee grievances, complaints, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee development. 
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
  • Monthly Report to HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar/ HR qualification is preferable.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll, Recruitment & Selection (Experience of Preparing Monthly Payroll, dealing with Government Labor Office, Revenue Office, SSB Office)
  • Computer proficiency, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and E-Mail
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Skill in evaluating and analyzing technical payroll activities.
  • Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations, and procedures.
