Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Managing overall administrative activities for the organization
  • Manage and check all the purchasing, vehicles, fixed assets & Material supplies and office management processes.
  • Perform monthly charges of the billing system of the internet, phone and electric meter
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative departments.
  • Supervise and manage drivers and cleaners efficiently.
  • Manage Fuel and Maintenance of all Vehicles.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Supply of Stationery, Uniforms, ID Card, Name Card, Cleaning Accessories, and IT Accessories for all Departments
  • Implementing Fixed Assets Processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business administration
  • Above 4 years experiences in related field.
  • Excellent with Microsoft office and reporting skills
  • Able to work under pressure
